Baccalaureate degree in health care management or business required. A minimum of five years related experience within health care, government, or other organizations of similar size or complexity required.
Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and the capability to build rapport and working relationships at all levels and with internal/external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and partnership. Must possess creativity, initiative, flexibility and excellent problem-solving capabilities. Able to determine and manage multiple competing priorities due to a wide variety of responsibilities. Project management experience. Effective change management skills. Ability to adapt quickly and apply new learning. Broad knowledge of planning and operations. Ability to maintain a professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact in all activities. Ability to function and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment with a high level of complexity and pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in health services administration, business, or other equivalent preparation preferred. Health care experience and systems knowledge an asset. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
