Required Qualifications:

Post-graduate education in a healthcare or related field required. Minimum five (5) years in leadership/management capacity required. Membership in an appropriate professional organization to support professional development. An equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered.

Proven leadership skills. Proven analytical, negotiation and planning skills. Ability to recognize, develop and present innovative ideas. Proven organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the vision for Covenant Health and healthcare in Alberta. Creative and innovative resource deployment. Effective change management expertise.


Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of PEOLC services and understanding of inter-relationships among clinical/research/technical practice physicians and patients.
