Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. Minimum five (5) years in leadership/management capacity required. Expertise with Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, Visio) required. Experience in the management of complex programs within the health system; a commitment to excellence in Senior’s Health care. Knowledge of the provincial senior’s health and wellness systems. Ability to recognize, develop and present innovative ideas. Outstanding communication (oral and written) and well-developed interpersonal skills. Experienced facilitator with an ability to effectively present information, expectations, ideas and concepts to various audiences & stakeholders. The incumbent must demonstrate sound knowledge and expertise in project management, change management, strategic /tactical thinking & relationship building. The successful candidate must be committed to Covenant’s Mission Inspired Culture. License(s)/Certification(s): Drivers license is required for travel between sites and provincially

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as a Project Manager preferred. Masters in a business-related field preferred. Certification in Change Management preferred.
