Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), Covenant is looking for an individual who is ready to champion & drive change that would transform the way Alberta seniors are supported, who is highly motivated, results driven, with a high degree of independence in decision making. Post-graduate education in a healthcare, business or related field required. Minimum five (5) years in leadership/management capacity required. Expertise with Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, Visio) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of the provincial senior’s health and wellness systems. Ability to recognize, develop and present innovative ideas. Outstanding communication (oral and written) and well-developed interpersonal skills. Experienced facilitator with an ability to effectively present information, expectations, ideas and concepts to various audiences & stakeholders. The incumbent must demonstrate sound knowledge and expertise in project management, change management, strategic /tactical thinking & relationship building. The successful candidate must be committed to Covenant’s Mission Inspired Culture. Drivers license is required for travel between sites and provincially.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in a business-related field preferred. Certification as a Project Manager preferred. Certification in Change Management preferred. Experience in the management of complex programs within the health system; a commitment to excellence in Senior’s Health care.
