Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must be able to read and communicate in both written and oral English. Able to work well in a team environment and adapt to change. Able to cooperate and use tact when dealing with others. Project a positive attitude and image. Able to demonstrate good attendance. Able to handle physical challenges, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and noise. Learn and practice hygiene, materials handling, and safety procedures and standards. Strong organizational skills. Ability to exercise good judgement and make sound decisions. Should present in a friendly and helpful with residents. All employees must act in a professional manner when representing Covenant Health.
Preferred Qualifications:Work related experience in institutionalized housekeeping, hotel setting preferred. Customer Service training or experience preferred.
