Required Qualifications:

Completion of grade 12 supplemented with office administration diploma or certificate. Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience required. Must be proficient learning and using a variety of computer applications including MS Office Suite. Must be extremely accurate and detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a positive, professional demeanor. Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders. Strong organization skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and including formatting, grammar and spelling. High standard of ethics and confidentiality in handling of sensitive information. Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification from a related professional association. Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered.
