Required Qualifications:

Related post-secondary certificate, e.g. Office/Business Administration or a recognized equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience is required; with at least 2 years in a senior administrative support position preferred. Must have the demonstrated ability to create and implement systems and processes to effectively support a senior executive and their office. An equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be proficient at learning and using a variety of computer applications including MS Office suite, MS Teams, SharePoint and video conferencing software. Strong ability to manage multiple complex calendars and schedules. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, including formatting, grammar and spelling. Ability to capture meeting deliberations concisely and accurately through minute taking. Ability to coordinate and organize events and special projects. Ability to effectively set and manage priorities and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. Must be extremely accurate and detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a calm, professional and tactful demeanor. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions. Must have a high standard of ethics and confidentiality in handling of sensitive information. Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. Willingness to be flexible and provide support/assistance as required. Experience working in an Oracle environment is beneficial.
