Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in a health care related discipline or business required; Minimum 3 years of related experience; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required; Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make recommendations based on analysis; Attention to detail is required; Ability to prioritize and be highly organized is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Health care experience and systems knowledge an asset; Project management experience preferred; Strong skills with Microsoft computer software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are preferred; Demonstrated commitment to career development and growth preferred.
