Minimum Grade 12 required. Secretarial certificate or equivalent experience required. Minimum 5 years experience in a senior secretarial position (supporting Vice President level or higher) or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years experience in organizations with a research and technology commercialization mandate required.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office software with 70 wpm typing speed & intricate formatting skills required. Superior writing and editing skills required. Experience working with and knowledge of granting/funding agencies and industry required. Provision of summaries for market and research related projects required. Demonstrate a professional level of tact, discretion and confidentiality. Experience working at a project level: coordinating grant and funding applications required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training in ISO 9001 preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical or health care setting preferred.
