3rd class Power Engineer, or Journeyman Trade Certificate, or post-secondary education with a baccalaureate degree or technical diploma in a relevant engineering or technical program. 5 years of progressive institutional facilities management is required. 5 years of related supervisory responsibility is required. Extensive building and construction knowledge is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of project management/coordination experience is desired. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) is desired.
