Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Displays excellent communication and selling skills. Must possess high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and neatness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess high standards of accuracy. Displays superior eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity and speed for working on a tray line/POD/dish disassembly line. Ability to remain calm and pleasant to patrons at all times. Ability to exercise judgement and initiative to satisfy customer/patient/ resident requests. Must have time management skills and be able to plan for deadlines. Must have excellent customer service skills. Displays high levels of honesty and integrity. Ability to follow directions and guidelines. Ability to exercise judgement and initiative when dealing with last minute changes and/or requests.
Preferred Qualifications:WHMIS certificate. Food Safe certificate. Customer Service Coursework.
