Bachelor Degree in Food Services or a Certified Nutrition Manager OR a recognized equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) to Five (5) years recent experience in Food Service Administration. Three (3) to Five (5) years recent HealthCare management experience Applicable experience in a variety of healthcare institutional settings. Familiarity with Human Rights Legislation and the Public Health Act. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Awareness of current social, scientific, and economic environments. Familiarity with special diets and clinical nutrition. Knowledge of computers, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills/organizational ability. Problem solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education in business, accounting and marketing or equivalent experience. Experience in large quantity food production, environmental services, purchasing, receiving and storage, institutional laundry and material management. Experience in marketing/sales in hospitality industry.
