Description: The Indigenous Care Liaison (ICL) provides holistic care for Indigenous people and their families, educates health care providers about respectful relationships and health care for Indigenous people, while building understanding and trust between Indigenous people and health care providers. The ICL will foster a spirit of hospitality for Indigenous people within Covenant Health and act as a bridge builder between Indigenous patients/families and care team staff to support culturally appropriate care. This position is non-unionized.
