Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or other applicable degree required. Combination of education and experience will be considered. Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) is required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Required three to five years of recent acute care nursing experience. Must be proficient working in a computerized environment including MS Office Suite, Connect Care, Microsoft Teams. 6 months - 1 year recent acute nursing educator experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation/speaking skills. A certificate in adult education is preferred. Experience in designing and delivering evidence based, innovative, learner-centric educational programs. Familiarity with simulation-based learning and other advanced educational technologies. Familiarity with learning management systems, Tableau, and audio-visual equipment.
