Required Qualifications:

Completion of Baccalaureate degree in a Business or related discipline. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have at least five years related of HR/LR Advisor experience in a heavily unionized environment, preferably healthcare. Must have at least two years directly related experience working at a Senior HR/LR Advisor level. Minimum of five (5) years to eight (8) years at the Advisor level.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation and membership with Human Resource Institute of Alberta preferred. The ability to work from home for an indefinite period subsequent to commencing the position (minimum of 2 months).
