Bachelor’s Degree, with preference given to health-related discipline is required. Minimum 5-7 years in a clinical or health care environment, with strong preference for experience in an Emergency Care setting required. Knowledge and/or experience in Change Management, performance measurement, project management and process improvement methodologies. Equivalences will be considered for the right candidate.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to lead complex, organization-wide transformation/integration initiatives from planning, implementation, evaluation and ongoing monitoring support; while considering time-frame and outcome implications of strategies and other component. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, motivation and guidance while demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence. Proven knowledge and expertise in stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, relationship building, communication skills and conflict resolution. Commitment to Covenant Health Mission and Values. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment to develop and achieve shared goals and objectives. Ability to effectively communicate using tact and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications:Masters in HealthCare or a business-related field. Certification in Project Management, LEAN Six Sigma, and/or Change Management. Superior knowledge in time management, problem solving, strategic thinking, scenario building and analysis. Excellent collaboration skills. Self-directed, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools. Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills.
