Required Qualifications:

3+ years legal practice experience at a law firm or corporate legal practice in relevant areas of law. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize required. Team-oriented approach to work and the ability to respond and communicate with all levels of internal staff and external personnel required. Ability to work independently and to meet tight regular deadlines required. Ability to handle inquiries, correspondence and assignments with the highest level of professionalism and strict confidentiality of all sensitive information required. Must possess an inquiring mind, be flexible to handle multiple tasks. Able to maintain a professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize demands. Must be able to maintain a professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact. Ability to function in an environment of complexity and ongoing change and to work under pressure to meet tight timelines. Must be adaptive to new demands and organizational challenges. Ability to be flexible and to multi-task efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in health care sector is an asset. Experience in the public sector, large organizational body is an asset.
