Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous LPN experience greater than 1 year preferred. Previous experience working in a long term care facility as an LPN preferred. Strong leadership skills and previous experience in a leadership role greater than 1 year preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high stress, collaborative team environment. Demonstrate strong communication skills. Ability to demonstrate strong nursing assessment skills.
