Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent assessment and organizational skills. Proven leadership and delegation skills. Computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications:One year of continuing care experience. Dementia care training (e.g. Supportive Pathways). Current medication administration experience.
