Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:CTAS is essential to be able to work in the ER.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a rural hospital would be an asset. If the LPN has audited ACLS, TNCC, PALS/NALS and ENPC it would certainly be an asset to be able to work in the Acute Care and Emergency Department.
