Your Opportunity:
At Covenant Health, we are committed to providing compassionate care while fostering a supportive environment where our staff can grow and make a meaningful difference. The Grey Nuns Community Hospital serves southeast Edmonton and the surrounding community with a broad range of healthcare services, including a busy Maternal Child Program and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float pool team, providing care across both the Postpartum Unit and NICU. This unique role offers an opportunity to support families during some of life's most meaningful moments, from welcoming a new baby to providing specialized care for infants requiring additional medical support. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will provide family-centered care to mothers and newborns, assist with infant feeding and postpartum recovery, and support the care of premature and medically complex newborns in the NICU. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, have strong clinical assessment skills, and thrive in dynamic environments. Successful candidates will be passionate about patient- and family-centered care, demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork, and be committed to supporting families through both routine and complex healthcare journeys. Join Covenant Health and make a meaningful difference in the lives of newborns and their families while contributing to a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence. Together, we can support healthy beginnings and deliver exceptional care while living Covenant Health's core values every day.
