Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to withstand and work under inclement weather conditions. Must be flexible and able to return for calls as required. Heavy lifting and/or bending required. Must be able to work around sick and vulnerable people. Must have very good customer service skills. Must have very good interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Computer skills required. Must be able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing. Must be able to use required tools and equipment related to maintenance repair and testing.
Preferred Qualifications:Two years in a hospital maintenance setting preferred. Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
