Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:This position requires Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and driving record acceptable to operate Covenant Health vehicles and equipment. Basic computer skills in Windows operating environment is a requirement. Ability to work under pressure and effectively troubleshoot and solve operational problems. Demonstrated ability to work well with others as well as independently. Strong commitment to client satisfaction and to promote teamwork and partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education in a related field and/or 1 year specialized/technical training in a related field OR 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate as per ABSA kW rating guidelines or AHS standards where boiler support is necessary. Experience in operations and maintenance in a health care related facility is desired.
