Additional Required Qualifications:This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours. Must be able to work in all kinds of weather conditions. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Work from a ladder safely. Be able to walk, kneel, crouch for extended periods of time. Be able to use all types of grounds keeping equipment eg; skid steer, lawn tractor. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry as well as hand/power tools.
