Your Opportunity:
Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Worker I conducts a variety of basic maintenance repairs and performs a variety of general cleaning and grounds keeping duties. Please note: Travel is required, and may include the use of a personal vehicle. A standard driver s abstract may also be required for use of corporate lease vehicles.

Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must be able to work independently and also in group settings. Must be able to work off ladders. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Standing for long periods of time. Abilities to work outdoors in various climate conditions. Be able to operate and maintain various lawn and snow equipment. Comfortable with using computers.
Preferred Qualifications:As Required.
