Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Please note a Vulnerable CRC (Criminal Record Check) will be required for this position. Must have a class 5 driver’s license. Please note that a drivers abstract will be required prior to any vetting of candidate. Ability to take direction or guidance from others is a requirement for this position. Ability to work well with others. Flexibility to work when required, which would include evenings and weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

It would be a strong asset to have experience driving garden tractors, operating garden power tools, knowledge of how to operate various power tools and knowledge of basic hand tools. Courses or training completed such as First Aide, Confined Space, WHIMIS would be a strong asset for this position. Any building maintenance would be a strong asset for this position. Strong communication skills would be preferred.
