Must have a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or equivalent experience 1 to 2 years related experience working in a computerized maintenance environment which includes operating and maintaining a variety of grounds keeping and building maintenance equipment and tools. Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to withstand and work under inclement weather conditions. Must be flexible and able to return for emergency calls as required. Heavy lifting and/or bending required. Must be able to work around sick and vulnerable people.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous grounds Equpment experience is preferred. Experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
