Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably within the health sector. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook) is required. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, project and change management planning and implementation. Proven results oriented management style with experience in management, program leadership, group facilitation, and strategic planning and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as a Project Management Professional. Participation in related professional associations to Supply Chain and Logistics management.
