Degree in Health Sciences or Business Administration and/or equivalent of education and recognized healthcare experience. Membership in appropriate professional organization to support professional development. Licensed by the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) if applicable. Minimum five (5) years' experience in the provision of DI services. Minimum three (3) years' experience in leadership/supervisory capacity required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Working knowledge of DI services. Proven leadership, analytical and planning skills. Enthusiastic and respected. Proven organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the vision, mission and values of Covenant Health and Alberta Health Services. Creative and innovative in resource deployment. Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and partnership. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Human resource and organizational development skills. Demonstrated financial competence. Effective change management expertise.
