Required Qualifications:

Formal Education: A background in nursing, biomedical technology, electronics engineering technology, respiratory technology or associated health technologies or a mixture of applicable education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate, using tact and diplomacy with Government agencies, Hospital Management, staff, and with representatives of external agencies on a broad range of technical and administrative issues. Ability to build working relations with various stakeholders, COV departments, AHS departments and other professional and governmental organizations. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project. Good organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years related clinical, technical, or planning management experience is desired. Familiar with health care programs and knowledge of basic medical terminology.
