Bachelor Degree in Food Services or a Certified Nutrition Manager OR recognized equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years recent experience in Hospitality Services administration or Food Service administration. Three (3) to five (5) years recent health care management experience. Applicable experience in a variety of healthcare institutional settings. Familiarity with the Public Health Act. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Awareness of current social, scientific, and economic environments. Familiarity with special diets and clinical nutrition. Excellent knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry operations. Knowledge of computers, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills/organizational ability. Problem solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education or experience in large quantity food production, environmental services, and institutional laundry. Experience in marketing/sales in hospitality industry.
