Required Qualifications:

Certification from CS/SPD Technical Training Course required. CSA Certification required. Minimum three (3) years recent experience in health care management preferred with a proven track record of clinical service and leadership. Minimum five (5) years recent clinical experience in Medical Device Reprocessing required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Combination of experience and education considered. Excellent skills in leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, facilitating group decision making, planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload.


Preferred Qualifications:

Member of the Canadian Association of Medical Device Reprocessing (CAMDR).
