A Degree in a health related field, including but not limited to Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, Health Care Administration is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
5+ years leading Psychological Health and Safety function or related area in a large organization. 5 years experience providing comprehensive Psychological Health and Safety consultation and services in complex organizations. Familiarity and application of the National Standard in healthcare settings. Demonstrated experience consulting and advising across organizational structures, identifying needs, and designing, developing, and delivering pragmatic solutions. Experience facilitating complex issues and delivering through consensus, dialogue, and action plans. Demonstrated ability to assess feasibility and rapidly review/adjust plans as needed. Detailed knowledge of project management principles and management. Expert level implementation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to write high level reporting such as project plans, progress reports, and communication plans.
