5+ years’ experience in leading Talent Management function or related area in a large organization. 5 years’ experience in providing comprehensive talent development, leadership development, and succession planning consultation and services in complex organizations. Solid business acumen with ability to think strategically. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Solid team leadership and business partnering track record. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Proven project management, group facilitation, presentation, oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating tact and diplomacy. Expert knowledge in organization design principles, talent & leadership development, & succession planning processes. Strong consultancy skills, continual attention to the potential effects of the internal consultation role on objectivity, and the courage to advocate for client needs in the face of conflicting organizational decisions and plans.
