A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Nutrition and Food Services, and completion of an accredited internship program (or equivalent). College of Dietitians of Alberta practice permit. 3-5 years related experience in a food service management role ideally in an organization of significant size and in a healthcare setting. Previous experience working with NFS systems and applications.
Additional Required Qualifications:
At least three years experience with menu nutrient analysis, CBORD systems data input, maintenance of regulatory standards, and assisting with menu development. One (1) to three (3) years of diet office systems administration and system rollout required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Competency with computer applications: Microsoft Office Suite, order entry computer applications (e.g., CBORD), Connect Care, and workload measurement programs. Previous experience in program planning and development. Active or eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Canada (CDA).
