Minimum 3 to 5 years recent experience in Occupational Health Nurse setting. Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and possess strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in a windows environment. Receptive to change and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Extensive experience with Cority software. Occupational Health Nurse experience and/or experience with disability management concepts, processes and claim adjudication. Application of legislation / best practices as it relates to occupational health in the health care sector. Sound knowledge base in Occupational Health and Safety practices. Hybrid work arrangements. Willingness to wear PPE. Must be able to manually lift and carry equipment safely (up to 20 lbs) independently. This position is non-unionized.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with delivery of adult education &training. Membership with Alberta Occupational Health Nurses Association. Hold a national occupational health nurse credential. On call work availability.
