Undergraduate degree in an organizational development related field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development is required. 3 – 4 years’ experience providing organizational development services and/or related human resource services in large complex organizations. Preferably healthcare related.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Proficiency conducting independent research regarding best organizational practices. Excellent ability to develop strong relationships, collaborative partnerships and communities of practice with diverse stakeholders. Ability to integrate and balance client and organizational needs and effectively manage a workload with a variety of deliverables. Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexible hours and travel between sites as required and work flexible hours; Candidate must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
