Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Leadership or Organizational Psychology is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Certification in Change & Transition Management, and/or Project Management, Executive Coaching and/or Personality Assessment Administration (Personality Dimensions or MBTI) Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation and organizational effectiveness and/or 3 - 5 years’ experience providing organizational development and internal consultation and facilitation in a complex organization.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Sound ability to successfully lead significant organization-wide initiatives. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. To be successful in this role the Organizational Development Consultant must be: Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity. Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders with diverse backgrounds in a highly confidential environment requiring tact, diplomacy and discretion. Adept at building and maintaining an extensive network of strong relationships. Willing to accommodate flexible hours of work. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to objectively balance client and organizational needs. Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to balance multiple projects and diverse workload. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to travel as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred.
