Additional Required Qualifications:
Certification in Change & Transition Management, and/or Project Management. Executive Coach Certification. Team Development Assessment Certifications (Including but not limited to: Personality Dimensions, MBTI, EQi 2.0). Sound ability to successfully lead significant organization-wide initiatives. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to integrate and balance organizational and client needs; proven ability to effectively manage a workload with multiple projects and initiatives underway at any given time. Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours; Candidate must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between the Covenant Health sites is required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience in organizational development will be considered. 3 - 5 years experience providing internal organizational development consultation services to diverse clients in large and complex organizations.
