Graduate of a Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent required. Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required. Additional prescribing authorization as a requirement within 18 months of hire required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Prior experience working as a clinical pharmacist in the neonatal intensive care unit at an acute care hospital. Requires additional prescribing authority prior to starting position.
Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working in general surgery at an acute care hospital. Pharm D or Residency preferred.
