Graduate of a Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent required. Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required. Additional prescribing authorization as a requirement within 18 months of hire required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Additional prescribing authorization required prior to starting position. Experience working in an urban acute care hospital within an interdisciplinary team. Experience working with BDM/Centricity.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a residency or PharmD. 3 years experience working in an urban acute care setting in both dispensary and clinical setting. Prior experience working in neonatal intensive care unit and general surgery.
