Required Qualifications: Must have a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or equivalent experience. 1 to 2 years related experience working in a computerized maintenance environment which includes operating and maintaining a variety of grounds keeping and building maintenance equipment and tools. Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must demonstrate technical problems solving abilities and be mechanically inclined. Must be able to use required tools and equipment related to maintenance repair and testing. Must be able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:May be required to hold a certification in order to operate mobile equipment.
