Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a Physical Therapy program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association is required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited university program required. Superior interpersonal skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English required. Effective problem solving skills including analytical thinking and conflict resolution reasoning. Superior time management, planning and organizational skills, able to work independently. Committed to working in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year previous experience as a Physical Therapist in a continuing care/rehabilitation setting preferred. Ability to use computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel, working knowledge of RAI/MDS 2.0 preferred.
