Required Qualifications:

A directly related diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized Therapy Assistant Program or equivalent. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be capable of working effectively as a member of a team. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with others. Ability to work independently and efficiently within the limitations of the job description. Ability to deal with the residents and families in a caring professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

One to two years directly related experience in a rehabilitation or applicable health care setting is preferred. New graduates welcome to apply.
