Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required. Minimum of 5 years experience as a clinical Social Worker required. Registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrates flexibility and openness to new ideas and methods. Demonstrates clinical expertise. Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Social Work roles and interdisciplinary team members. Possesses and utilizes outstanding communication skills. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving. Maintains own professional competence. Highly motivated, able to work independently or in groups. Short term and long range planner. Team building, problem solving and conflict resolution ability. Ability to promote group decision making in an interdisciplinary program management model. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Able to flex schedule as may be operationally required by the Organization. Ability to travel between sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Health, Social work or Leadership preferred. Previous experience in a leadership role preferred.
