Bachelor’s degree in Social Work required, Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience as a clinical Social Worker. Previous experience in a leadership role preferred. Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Demonstrates flexibility and openness to new ideas and methods. Is innovative and creative. Demonstrates clinical expertise. Possesses knowledge and understanding of the roles of various disciplines on the Team. Maintains confidentiality. Possesses and utilizes outstanding communication skills. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving. Able to perform a variety of non-routine duties. Maintains own professional competence. Knowledge of community resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to flex schedule as may be operationally required by the Program. Highly motivated, able to work independently or in groups. Short term and long range planner. Team building, problem solving and conflict resolution ability. Ability to promote group decision making in an interdisciplinary program management model. Ability to work collaboratively with external partners. Computer literacy. Ability to travel between sites.
