Required Qualifications:

Enrolment in or completion of a recognized Human Resource Diploma program required (equivalent education and experience may be considered). Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an administrative role required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills required. Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a high level of professionalism. Proficient using MS Office. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and partnership.


Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation an asset. Previous Human Resources experience (in a related field) preferred. Experience using various applicant tracking systems and/or Human Resources Information Systems preferred. Experience working in a multi-unionized health care setting preferred. Ability to prioritize workload. Ability to monitor the details and quality of work, ensuring accuracy of information.
