Required Qualifications:

A related nursing degree or diploma is required with an active practice permit maintained throughout employment. A related Master’s or Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset. Equivalencies will be considered. Minimum of four to five years of progressive experience is required in a leadership role in health care or post-secondary education in a health-related sector, including 2-5 years of program management experience in a related field or in clinical research, association management, government or non-profit organizations.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and consensus-building skills, including the ability to sustain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders. Project management skills including the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable work plans. Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation strategies is required. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in adult learning and/or project management are desirable.
