Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a Rehabilitation Medicine discipline with current college registration. Minimum of 8-10 years years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, at least 5 of which are in a supervisory position. Demonstrated skills in leadership, project management and quality assurance are required. CPR certification is required. Travel and vehicle required.

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

A Master’s degree is preferred, equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Process improvement methodology training and project management training would also be considered assets. Ongoing continuing education path in the areas of leadership, communication, conflict management and coaching.
