An undergraduate degree in a health care discipline is required. A minimum of three (3) years health care management experience required. Demonstrated experience in operational planning and leadership is essential. Leadership experience in a health care facility environment within a multi union environment is required. Active registration with the relevant College and/or Regulatory body is required. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required. Equivalences will be considered for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant health care field/business/leadership. Previous experience in a mental health setting is strongly preferred. Optimally, the successful candidate would have some prior experience in a geriatric care setting. Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in a health care setting is preferred.
